The Collinzano

The Italian take on a Tom Collins, this tipple will get your cocktail party rolling. Servings: 2



Ingredients:

  • 2 oz ( 60 ml) lime juice*

  • 1 oz (30 ml) lemon juice*

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Aperol

  • 3 oz (90ml) gin

  • sparkling water

  • lemon wheel for garnish

*freshly squeezed



Method:


Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the lime and lemon juices, Aperol and gin. Shake well; strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Add a splash of sparkling water and garnish with lime or lemon slices.
