Ingredients:

• 1 oz (30 ml) Campari

• 1 oz (30ml) sweet vermouth

• prosecco (or any dry sparkling wine)

• orange peel

Method:

In a rocks glass, add Campari, sweet vermouth, and ice. Top with prosecco and stir gently to combine. Garnish with orange peel.
